Ultra runner Roy Pirrung from Sheboygan is a Distance Demons fan. He has been the featured runner at our annual Fox Trot 5K and has provided special assistance on several occasions. Ultra running is the really LONG stuff, like 100 mile races and 24 hour races. Roy holds dozens of national championships and records, and over a dozen world championships. Go Roy!
