Membership
Parents are required to submit each of the forms (see links below) for kids' involvement in the Distance Demons. The liability waiver is modeled on something similar at Brigham Young University and has been reviewed by a local lawyer.
Do not forget to include money for the race singlet (jersey) if you select that option, and we hope you do. They are cool!
